Regular physical activity is one of, if not, the healthiest things you could possibly do.

So why is it so difficult for the majority of people to stay consistently active over the long-term?

And it's not just beginners that struggle with this.

Even those with a bit of experience in the gym or whatever activity they're involved in, will eventually run into issues with staying consistent, pushing themselves and may just lose interest in what they were doing altogether.

We might point to things like discipline and motivation and say that people who aren't very active just lack these attributes.

But I think the issue is much deeper than that.

How do I know this?

Because that's where I was with my training about 5 years ago.

I had been active my whole life since I was a kid but when I got into my mid 20's, something changed.
